Atty. Pader earned her degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management Accounting at the Ateneo de Davao University. She subsequently pursued the study of law and graduated in 2017 at the Ateneo de Davao College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. In the same year, she took and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations held in November 2017.

While still a law student, Atty. Pader joined the Sigma Tau Mu Sorority, Ateneo de Davao College of Law. She held the position of the Lady of the Chest and unanimously elected to serve as Lady Chancellor. Atty. Pader was a member of the faculty of the Rizal Memorial Colleges School of Law and taught the subjects Statutory Construction and Legal Techniques from 2018 to 2021. Presently, she serves as a legal consultant of the Provincial Government of Cotabato.
